- 8.5" x 11" black & white xerox copies of a portrait from your own personal collection (family, friend, you). Make three copies of your image in three different value ranges (light, medium, dark). Bring xerox copies to class on Tuesday.
- Choose a portrait that is a close up of a face. Think Chuck Close (images above are good examples of portraits that will work well).
- Bring a pencil and pen, the original image, and your three xerox copies.
